Making Waves Hair Studio Reviews

I've been wanting to write a review and kept forgetting but just recommended this to a friend so it's on my mind and I have to say I absolutely LOVE this place! I lived out east and came here when I was in high school for my haircuts/highlights/dying. I saw Amanda most often and then started seeing Sarah, and I love both of their work. Denise cut and dyed my hair last year for my wedding because I knew I could trust them. I drive from Nassau for big occasions (like my husbands brothers wedding a few years back) because I trust everyone there to do exactly what I'm looking for. If I lived closer, I'd be going more often. It's a great salon with people that will make you feel comfortable and give you exactly what you ask for

I've been going to Sarah since moving to Southold last year. She is a genius with color! The salon has a nice atmosphere and everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend their services.

They listen to how you want your hair to look and it comes out just how you wanted it to look. They are also great at coloring your hair. Love my new cut and color Everyone that works there is great.

A wonderful, local spot where everybody knows everybody. I was in from NC and I'm so glad I chose this salon! The haircut is awesome, and my hair is super straight and hard to cut. To top it all, the ladies all helped me find a local shop I was searching for. A sweet spot in a wonderful little town :-)

Very reasonable prices at this locally owned hair salon. Great and kind service. They offer low cost treatments for psoriasis and eczema that are all natural. I was very happy with the service and my hair cut.
